MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

I spent 20 years running global programs with high-performing teams at companies like Estée Lauder and Samsung, and working on projects for clients like Cirque du Soleil, ESPN, and ABC. I've managed multi-million-dollar launches, led cross-functional teams across four continents, and earned an Emmy nomination along the way.
Then something shifted.
When I moved into consulting, I went deep into my own work. I learned the difference between agreements and expectations and it changed everything. I still kicked ass, but I did it without burning out. I enjoyed the challenges. I empowered my teams. I delegated. And instead of just hitting numbers, the people around me were aligned, connected, supportive, and actually happy. We were human together.
The Agreement Method™ is what I built from those ten years. It's the thing that let me do my best work without losing myself in it. I believe people are not broken. They've been taught to ignore how they feel. The first agreement anyone makes is the one with themselves.

TAM is for people who are ready to stop living on autopilot and start making real agreements with themselves. You don't need a title. You need the willingness to look honestly at how you've been operating.
Sessions are recorded and shared within 24 hours. That said, the live experience is where the real shifts happen. The cohort is small enough that your presence matters, and the real-time regulation practices are designed to be felt, not just watched.
Most programs give you frameworks to layer on top of patterns you've never examined. TAM starts underneath, with awareness. You learn to see the autopilot first. Then you learn to choose instead of react. The tools (State Shift Protocol™, ACE Framework) are grounded in neuroscience, and every session includes embodied practice, not just slides. This changes how you experience your entire life, not just your work
